After completing a detailed strategy for tourism development for the municipal government of Moriah, New York, Crane Associates was rehired to implement the strategy that had the highest Return on Investment – a redeveloped waterfront. The redevelopment plan involved a 3-million-dollar investment in accommodations, retail and food and beverage services on the Lake Champlain waterfront. Michael drafted a business plan, created a development proforma and used these documents to attract private investors. The project in now underway.
